Part of a zine I made for my Photo class final. Part documentary, part editorial -- I shot adolescents that identify with Generation Y.  For these images I made the hair coat by hand-sewing wefts of hair to a bolero.

I went for a night-run with my dearest friend, Jessica, and instead of working on our cardio we ran back to my house for my camera to take pictures in the eerie fog that had formed.

A Yard I Once Knew

Friend and fellow blogger, Denny asked me to shoot him, along with my older brother, for a feature on his last day of "No Shave November".

These images are from  my trip to Colombia this summer. As you can imagine, going from a small city in New Jersey to the epic landscapes of the Andes Mountains -- a young man is justly left in a of state awe. Though it wasn't the first time traveling to my "homeland", it was certainly the first time I really opened my eyes ( well, the last time I went I left my glasses at the airport. Ha!). I was consumed, and humbled, by the massive mountains and amazed by the never-ending terra cotta and green. Photographically, I wanted to capture the volume of the Colombian landscape without juxtaposing a person in for scale.  I just wanted it to be Earth; no humans, no animals.

I went vintage shopping yesterday with a new pair of boots in mind, instead, I found this AMAZING sequin and crystal vest. I've been restoring it to its original glory since many of the large embellishments are literally hanging on by a single thread. With some adjustments, it will be back to its original glory and party-ready!
